How are goods delivered?

All goods are shipped by First Class Royal Mail standard delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are made via Paypal. You can use any major credit /debit card with Paypal and you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment.

How much do you charge for delivery?

There is free UK delivery on all orders over £20 in value. For orders under £20 in value we charge £2.50 for UK delivery, irrespective of weight and size. Goods are shipped by First Class Royal Mail standard delivery.

Please contact us for any orders outside of the UK as delivery will vary according to the delivery location, the size and weight of the goods. How can I check the status of my order?

Orders are generally shipped between 2-5 days. To find out the status of any order simply contact us by email (mailto:info@nashpharm.co.uk) or call us on 0800 622 6082.

Can I return any goods?

NashPharm is pleased to offer a full refund on any goods which you are not happy with as long as you notify NashPharm within 7 working days of receiving the order by telephone or email. In order to qualify for a refund goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition. All customers must contact NashPharm by phone or email in advance of returning any goods to request a Returns Authorisation code. Please note that we will be unable to process any orders without a previously requested authorisation code.
